A HEALTHIER YOU FOR 2019

.As We start our New Year ( 2019 ) , we all start with the best of intentions.

Some of us make it through January with those intact and others not quite so long.

The New Year is always a time of new beginnings and for most of us, one of those beginnings ends up being our health.

Weight loss, exercise, stretching, meditation, better eating, yoga, massage, acupuncture, Chiropractic...any of these sound familiar as we stare down the face of 2019.

So let's start this year with putting one foot in front of the other and seeing if we can succeed in making our bodies and minds healthier than they have ever been before.

Start with the basics...... what is the one thing that you are eating or drinking in excess that maybe you could begin with. You need to choose to do things that you enjoy and that you will stick to.

Knocking fast food out of your diet and replacing just that alone, would be an incredible beginning to the year. So many of our fast food restaurants now a days have healthier choices, just try this once. See how you feel after. Maybe don't wait until your starving to walk into a fast food chain but go in when you are just beginning to get hungry and see if you make better choices.

Try going for a walk every night after dinner. If you have not been waling then just go to the end of the block and back. If you have been exercising try to add something to your routine to take you to the next level.

Do self care....Schedule monthly massages, monthly Chiropractic adjustments, possibly even monthly acupuncture sessions. All of these aimed at reducing stress and making your body healthier. Try meditation even if just for 5 minutes, see how that makes you feel.

Every new year is a chance to start over, to make yourself healthier , to take better care of yourself and to create a better you.
